Like wall panels in the RV industry, doors are typically sandwich constructions — a frame or core covered with various types of facing panels front and back. Union Tool makes many roller coaters and laminators preferred by door makers, including our new 110-inch "twins" ... a matching hot melt roller coater / laminator pair, big enough to face both sides of a garage door substrate in a single pass.

	110-inch DUAL HEAD HOT MELT ROLLER COATER — A really big hot melt roller coater for the lamination of wall panels, ceiling panels and floor panels in the recreational vehicle (RV), mobile home, and fifth-wheel towables industries. Coats one side or both sides of the substrate in a single pass; single or double sided coating modes selectable with the flip of a switch. 	110-inch ROTARY LAMINATOR — A really big rotary laminator for wall panels, ceiling panels and floor panels in the recreational vehicle (RV), mobile home, and fifth-wheel towables industries. Provides laminating pressure for panel sandwiches of substrate cores and facing sheets. Combined with the 110" Dual Head Hot Melt Roller Coater (above), this makes a complete laminating station for very large panels.
