EPS foam sheets and panels are used in many manufacturing processes. Union Tool makes several machines specific to EPS foam, and many UT laminators, coaters, feeders and stackers can be adapted to handle EPS foam.

	SHEET FOAM FEEDER — The programmable Union Tool Sheet Foam Feeder simplifies and automates the process of de-stacking foam sheets and feeding them one at a time to a conveyor. 	HOT ROLL LAMINATOR — Union Tool hot roll film laminators speed production line application of protective films to one or both sides of EPS foam cores. The programmable controller assures tight tolerances for both roll temperature and line speed. Processes foam cores up to 4' wide by 12' long.
